creativeapp.ro is an informational presentation site for CreativeApp and its software products (AcademyOS, ClinicOS, DrivingOS). The site does not sell products or services directly — actual sale and use of our platforms is done through their dedicated websites, under separate contractual terms.

All content on this site (texts, logos, registered trademarks, design, images, code) is the exclusive property of CreativeApp and/or its partners, protected by Romanian Law 8/1996 on copyright.

Full or partial reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication or any other use of the content without prior written consent of CreativeApp is prohibited and punishable by law.

5. User conduct

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Submitting illegal, defamatory, offensive, vulgar content or content that violates the rights of others through the contact form
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems (vulnerability scanning without permission, brute-force, etc.)
• Using the site for spam, phishing or malware distribution
• Automatically copying or using the content (scraping) without consent

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any provision not compliant with applicable law will be interpreted to produce legal effects within the limits permitted by law; the remaining provisions remain in force.
